GRANT OF LICENSE The VENDOR grants to you a non-exclusive license to use the SOFTWARE for free. The Free License enables you to use the SOFTWARE but you may not get its upgrade or support. COPYRIGHT The SOFTWARE is owned by the VENDOR and is protected by South African copyright laws, international treaty provisions, and applicable laws of the country in which it is used. Even though this software is provided free of charge from the Vendor, you may not distribute this software. You may either (a) make one copy of the SOFTWARE solely for backup or archival purposes; (b) transfer the SOFTWARE to a single hard disk provided you keep the original solely for backup or archival purposes. You may not store this SOFTWARE, or a copy of the SOFTWARE on a storage device, such as a network server, to be used to install the SOFTWARE on other computers or mobile devices over a network. You may not make multiples copies of the SOFTWARE. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the SOFTWARE. You may not rent, lease, sublicense, or lend the SOFTWARE. WARRANTY This SOFTWARE is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, further, VENDOR does not warrant, guarantee, or make any representations regarding the use, or the results of use, of the SOFTWARE in terms of correctness, accuracy, reliability, politeness or otherwise. The entire risk as to the results and performance of the SOFTWARE is assumed by you. If the SOFTWARE is defective, you, and not VENDOR, assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction.
